Clare was first signed to Candid records, (she and Amanda got Jamie Cullum his first record deal with Candid) she made three successful records with them before being signed to Sony Jazz.

“Don’t Talk’ her first Sony album reached number 1 in the jazz charts and number 20 in the main charts.  She is a regular presenter on BBC Radio2 has appeared on many TV shows including 'Parkinson', and was voted British Jazz singer of the year 2005 and BBC Jazz Vocalist of the Year 2006. 

Her latest album Paradisi Carousel was released in May 2007.  Clare is currently touring.  Amanda Field is Clare’s song-writing partner.
